"We had to switch rooms due to no ac, pur second room had roaches and bed bugs, the room had a mildew odor. There was feces in the toilet. Ended up checking out immediately and going to a different hotel. Photos make it look way nice compared to what it is. Only thing clean/nice was the lobby area"

"Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest."

"This little hotel was so cute. The front desk lady was so nice and very helpful! The property was well maintained and super clean. I loved our little room and the shower was my favorite. "Everything was good but on the morning I was to check-out, the cleaning person tested my door handle to see if I was gone yet at 5:17 AM! #1 It freaked me out, and I couldn't get back to sleep. #2 why were they trying to get in at 5:17 AM. I looked outside it was the cleaning person. For light sleepers, that's not cool.
Everything was clean and nice but the bed had a dip in the middle so you had to sleep in the dip. : ) I guess I'm used to more firm beds."

"This was a girl's trip to Disneyland and it was Great for the price point. Good amenities (Ice machine w/water & laundry room) and the room was well appointed (comfy beds, good water pressure and clean). The a/c was good. The room felt a little humid but absolutely doable. Breakfast was basic but did the job. We felt safe there knowing we'd be coming in late. Not too far from the park. Overall we'd stay there again"
