"El lugar es muy lindo, las instalaciones igual a las fotos, pero podrían mejorar la parte de los baños que sean independientes de igual manera siendo ecológicos, también pueden incluir las toallas en la reserva sin necesidad de un depósito para dejar en fondo, el dueño es bastante odioso y mal educado, es una persona súper mal educada y trata a uno como si estuvieras pidiéndole un favor, deberían colocarle walkies a los empleados para que se puedan comunicar a través de un radio y así acelerar el proceso del check in y no tener que durar 40 mntos esperando, no hostigar a los clientes con las reservas eso también podrían mejorarlo, mi compañera se enfermó y lo que hicieron fue hablarle malísimo en vez te preguntarle que le pasaba y no permitieron que el 911 pasara a las instalaciones, reducir las horas de trabajo de los empleados también puede ayudarles con el servicio, colocar dos turnos de empleo manía, ya que es un turno demasiado largo y desgastante para ellos. Para todo lo que cobran todo, absolutamente todo debería ser 10 de 10, sin embargo NO lo es. "

"The property is really in great condition. They need to improve the linens used. Staff was really attentive. Breakfast was served nicely but still need attention to details. Great place to stay with air conditioning. Will return. "

"While the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the property itself is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom had significant mold and the windows do not seal tightly which allowed mosquitos to enter at will. Additionally, there were more than one cockroach noted on the property. The pool is adequate for a property of this size. The food at the restaurant is included in the price, which was great - but menu options are limited, and the flavor is quite basic. The telephone listed for the property was NEVER answered, and I tried calling before arrival and multiple times during the stay. There is supposed to be a person on duty to open the parking lot if you return after hours, but most times he was asleep and it was necessary to drive to front of property and ring the on call front desk person to then have them contact the person in the back to open the parking lot. The property does give all guests ear plugs which is necessary given that there is a club/discoteque next door with music that vibrates the building until after midnight. The air conditioner would only work on one setting and the temperature could not be adjusted. "
