"The reception team are always warm and welcoming & go out of their way to help and make sure you have a great stay. My single room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea which was great. However, although I was not bothered by it, some guests may be disturbed by the noise from the bar’s & restaurant in the street below. The location of the hotel is superb for both the seafront and town centre. I always try to stay here when in Eastbourne. "

"Front staff were very busy but professional and gave me all the information on the place including some discounts at terminal eateries. It’s in the south terminal it’s very convenient. Myself and my daughter had a cute room bunk beds were very comfortable room was spotless. Yea it’s small but it’s obvious reasons. It’s for a quick sleep shower and am flight. Very well done job Bloc. "
