"Even though it is an older property, it is very well cared for. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The price is excellent. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other motels in the area, and we have decided they are not nearly as good as Virgin River."

"The room does not resemble the picture at all. Very old motel that has been fixed up though the repairs were amateurish. The room was clean, but the shower was so poorly build that there was a flood of water on the floor when I finished showering. Bed was comfortable."

"This place is ran down and needs a facelift and some upkeep. My suite had a fully equipped kitchen, however, no dish soap, no paper towels, no napkins. Wi-fi was terrible as well as Satellite tv reception. The evening bartender was awesome to visit with. I'm terrible with names but he was 5 star."
