The hotel has a very convenient guest common area with plenty of tools to help with dining (outside food) at the hotel. There’s plenty of tables, condiments, plates, napkins, and utensils as well as microwave that can be used. "WOW!!!!!! As soon as we walked into the lobby, Joy, at the front desk greeted us with a since of JOY. She was amazing. All of the rooms have full size refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. "We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. "I loved the location and the property was very clean with a beautiful view of a lake."

"Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip."
