"This place was hands down the best place we have stayed in. The entire place is spotless! you can see it as you are driving to it. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Over the phone and in person. The gentleman who checked us in, pronounced my last name correctly. That was big for me since in most locations there is no Spanish speaking people. "Everything was great except I had checked in after midnight and requested a late checkout (normal time was 11am) I was allowed a 1pm checkout. I was rudely awaken at 915am by loud knocking by housekeeping. This defeated the point of me requesting a late checkout to allow more time to rest and wouldn’t have even met the 11am checkout time."

"Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after."
