"Has a decent breakfast but it ends too early, 9 am on weekends. All rooms face courtyard and pool. There will always be some screaming in the pool. Out of luck if one likes to sleep past 8 am. Great for families. Regardless it’s probably best place to stay in area. "

"The continental breakfast was not restocked leaving very little choice for those that didn’t come early. I got there 30 minutes before the end of the service, and the coffee was gone. In my opinion the coffee and hot water for tea should be a 24 hour service."

"Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is to clean the bed sheets. I was feeling itching when I sleep and I have to take it outside to shake it and put it in the hot sun for few hours."

"The room I got fit my needs perfectly as a solo traveler and staff were very nice at this location in Raton, New Mexico. The room was large enough to feel comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator and bathtub. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi connectivity that was about 20% reliable and I did not have cell service so it limited all of my phone and iPad usage. I stayed across the street from the office, which is probably why, and they may consider moving the router or adding one to that side...

The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful from the moment We walked in the door until the time we walked out. However, no ice machine was on the second floor where we stayed.
