"Bed was uncomfortable when you sat down on it. It made a metal noise. The toilet ran the whole time. The microwave was about 30 years old. This is just a very old hotel and and not kept up well"

"The place was near the downtown. No host greeted us upon arrival and key retrieval was on another inn. Clean room however there were dirts in the bedsheet and the chair was awful. Lastly, in the middle of our sleep at around 3 AM, we heard someone knocked on our door and there were people outside, I think homeless, making some noise that made us awake for a quite time and most especially, unsafe."

"No towels. Manager tried to rectify this but was unable. No hot water. Not enough light to read by except standing directly under the kitchenette ceiling light. I left after what was to be the first of a three night stay. I believe management will approve a refund for the missing two nights."

"It’s a comfortable and pet-friendly place. I stayed for two nights with my dogs, and there was an additional $81 fee for them. Overall, the stay was basic but met the essentials. The location is convenient, close to downtown Savannah, though having a car is necessary to get around easily."
