"The location was exactly what we wanted for our purpose, but the room smelled like cigarettes, and it was next to the stairs which had a door that closed really loudly. There were hairs left in the bathroom which were small and curly and not what you want to see when you’re staying somewhere. The staff was really nice from behind the bullet proof glass in the lobby. "

"The Henri's location is great if you are looking to be centrally located in the City. Great access to all neighborhoods. When we entered our room there was trash under the bed. We had a double bed and 4 guest and only one set of towels. We had to ask twice to replenish the towels. Staff wasn't available to bring it to our room. The bathrooms were my favorite part of the room. Very spacious. Overall good hotel for the price. "

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
