"I could not believe i couldnt charge my phone in a socket !;they need updating ,i always stay at this hotel sometimes 5/7 times a yr also i found myself on a conference floor which had (what looked like migrants or ppl living there at least ) they were not having a conference meeting,when i asked about this all staff went very quiet on the matter (id like to stay again but have to think about it)"

"Great location, fairly clean hotel but it has seen better days. Decor and furnishings worn and faded. Hot water wasn’t working in our shower so ended up having a cold shower- we were offered another room to use the next day but we only stayed one night. Staff were amicable and breakfast was a standard full English. Definitely on the cheaper end of budget hotel."

"Pros: location is convenient. Rooms are clean. It has swimming pool and Bar and Restaurants. Staff is well mannered. Cons: Parking is limited and an issue since the spot is closer to a beach as well as Train station. Hence, the roadside parking is hard to find while hotel parking is limited. The property has aged, the rooms are not air-conditioned. The indoor swimming pool was closed for duration of our stay. The weather was hot and hence for the charge paid, it was fair to expect air conditioning."

"Easy walking distance to Plymouth Train Station, and within walking distance of the waterfront area. Good towels/linens. Decent room size. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are NOT air conditioned and the windows barely open two inches. There is a ceiling fan and a small electric fan however. Wouldn’t want to be there during any kind of heat wave."
