"You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. "This hotel is very lgbt friendly.
I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too .
Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby .
Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel .

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. Nous avons du partir 1 jour avant suite à un changement de vol de dernière minute mais l'essentiel est qu'on a pu se ressourcer .
