"We had a lovely stay, the room had everything we required and was very clean. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working at the hotel. The location is a short walk from the town centre and there is a large car park at the hotel. We would definitely like to visit again."

"This was my first stay in a hostel; I think I may be spoiled. Cirencester itself is a nice place although we only really saw it at night. The hostel is neat, modern and clean. Parking is free from 6pm to 8am."

"Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "

"An incredibly enjoyable experience. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. The place had an incredible atmosphere felt cozy, and historic, and all the meals we had there were just perfect! It felt like home away from home… But even better!"
