"The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. "We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing.
One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling.

"We had a great stay at Villa Copthall. The hotel has such a lovely welcoming vibe. The staff was so kind and helpful. They volunteered lots of information and ideas for things to do in the area. Thank you to Ricky and Herman for all the nice things they did to make our kids smile. The pool and the view was great as well. Lots to do in the area. Get an AWD car to explore the surroundings."
