"Hursey Resort was a very pleasant stay for us. It is just outside Soroti (about 5km) on the edge of town with views of the surrounding area. The hotel is in secure compound with large garden grounds. The Staff are excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with AC and plenty of hot water for the shower. Wifi was generally good and quite fast.
