"It's a basic room. Clean, not a lot of room, but if you are just there to sleep and a place to keep your bags. I felt it was very safe aeea and close to much of LA Hollywood, West Hollywood, Century City area. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area nice place, I've stayed twice. Ilike it!"

"The water at the bathroom sink smelled foul and all the staff said was "so sorry ". The exhaust fan didn't work and it was not fixed after spoke to the front desk eventhough I was told they would send maintenance up."

"The staff was super nice. Theh moved my room after first placing me faint Santa Monica blvd as it was super loud. When I got to my new room I did find two hairs on the bedding. I was too tired to complain and move again. Also both rooms had a very funky bleach smell. Now my clothes that k wore to bed smell like that which is concerning. Not sure what the smell is but it is significant. The room was nice, updated. Great for a quick stay but the smell and hairs are not ok. "

"The staff were friendly. The housekeeper was good. Parking was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. However, the toilet leaked, the mattress was uncomfortable, only one pillow per person was provided, and there was no ice dispenser available at the facility."
