"The TV remote did not work properly. The parking charge was not expected. One small towel in my room for bathing. The wall light switch is broken. The shower head and tub faucet handle were awful. They held $200 on my visa for incidentals, as there were none, for an overnight stay. The person who checked me in was courteous, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but I would not recommend this place. "

"The property was very nice and clean and in a nice area. The restaurant was closed from 2-5 which didn’t work for me. You were able to order food at the bar. Food was very good. Just would have been nice to eat at the table at restaurant. Other issue had to book 2 nights as I was arriving early in the morning. Hotel only said I can call early to see if room available, even though reservations said there were. rooms available. even when I offered to pay more for early check in. I could not call in the morning as I was traveling. I could not risk not getting into room for 3-4. Was attending an event and it would have been too late for me. So had no choice but two book for two night. I felt they could have been more accommodating. ."

"Rooms are clean and spacious, but with little privacy and very basic - no coffee maker in the room. We were disappointed at the really poor breakfast options which were more like sugary snacks -packaged pancakes to be microwaved, bear claws and sugary cereal with coffee and juice. "
