"The pool hot tub area was excellent, Wine tasting every day at 4:30pm. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Wish beds were a little softer, asked for pillow topper but did not have any available. They did offer extra pillows which was nice. "

"Stayed at Hotel Olea for a night and it was such a peaceful, well-designed landscape. The boutique feel really comes through, everything feels intentional, from the cute decor to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was equipped with a fireplace which was welcoming in this cold weather. Service was friendly. "The room was nice. Breakfast was amazing! They offered cookies, wine, and a daily wine tasting with a cheeseboard. They had other amenities that we didn't partake in, but if we had, I'm sure they would've been amazing. Cute little place. Would for sure stay there again. "

"Great place! Super nice people, clean room, and great free breakfast… although the 2 choices are the same ever day. A little disappointed that they discontinued the complimentary charcuterie cups… But you can order charcuterie to be delivered to your room at check-in. They still do offer wine sampling each night. And their laundry service is a life saver!"

"The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher."

"Our experience was horrible the toilet overflowed at midnight and we were unable to use it and had to call for a mop and plunger and had to clean it up The bathroom kept overflowing and when reported to management they did nothing and did not bother to call me when I requested to speak to someone! Do not stay here!"
