"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"The gentleman who checked us in printed out an entire walking map/itinerary for us to follow and enjoy the highlights of Grand Place that evening since we were leaving the next morning. Our room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing, and the robe and slippers were the icing on the cake."

"I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip! My room was nice, a good size for a solo traveller! It was clean and well kept throughout my stay. The staff was very helpful and informative! Would...
