"The 'hotel' is more like an apartment building. While the facilities are clean and nice, communication is really bad. When we arrived, we could not find anyone around, we found an unlocked door on the first level and made ourselves at home. An hour or so later, a girl came to tell us were in the wrong room!!?? "The Schloss Geisa was the best stay during our 10-night trip through Germany. What a surprise to find this gem in the small town area of Germany. Quiet, modern facility yet quaint as well.
