The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast has a good choice and the evening meals of big portions and excellent value. We will certainly be back. "Lovely garden terrace for drinks and dinner. Very helpful staff and beautiful location"

"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"

"Great room. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean. Safe and quiet. There is not much else or good food options in the surrounding area. The pillows need some firming up but we loved this place and the lovely hosts. I would stay again."
