"Everything was great for the most part. Staff, amenities, food quality at restaurants, etc. The only issue was inconsistency with the cleaning staff. They often missed replacing some towels, restocking utensils for coffee, and I found long hair in the bathroom multiple days after they had been in. I’m completely bald and traveled alone so definitely didn’t come from me. "
