When I booked the cottage I had great communication via Expedia and was informed that 24 hours prior to check in I would receive check in instructions by email but I never did. I finally called them directly at which point the representative emailed the instructions to me with a google maps link to the property location since the homes do not have street numbers in that area. "Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House!"

"Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "
