"Great property, clean, top location to every amenities just as seen in the pictures. BUT!!! The checking process was so frustrating it took us 2 hours straight with your agent on the phone. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....
