"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. "Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. "
