"Fantastic stay. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious snacks available 24 hours at reception. Parking right beside the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My only wish was to have had a fan in the room as it was very hot for the few days we were there. Highly recommended."

"Cute little place, with an excellent breakfast. Also, great for kids! Our two daughters (age 7 and 10) had a great time, and got to befriend some other kids from the Netherlands, Denmark and Poland. Of course it was purely happenstance that they were there, but I think the nice outdoor play area with a sandbox, bikes, plastic scooters and a trunk full of plastic toys, gave them a great opportunity to connect with the other kids. The breakfast buffet in the main house is well appointed, well stocked and they have both indoor and outdoor seating areas (both covered, in the porch, as well as outside in the open air). The hosts are also very friendly and helped us feel really welcome and supported. Will definitely consider staying there again next time weâre passing through."

"The rooms are in need of updating and towels seem to be on their last legs but my room had a kettle and fridge both of which are very useful for a longer stay. Breakfast buffet was superb, refreshed regularly and plenty for all."

"For the last 4 years Iâve been coming to Sweden Rock Festival and always stayed 5 nights at the Grand Hotel. Conveniently located, very close to the train / bus station. Close to the square behind, with hops and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and the hotel is super quiet. Staff is very professional and helpful. Iâll surely come back again next year for the Festival, and Iâll definitely choose the Grand HĂŽtel again."

"The hotel is historic but not elaborate. Expect an over the pub experience. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was tiny. The food in the pub was good as was breakfast. Across the street from the train station. Check-in is not until after 1600 daily, so don't arrive early."
