"*HONEST REVIEW*
My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed.
Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel.
The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails.
The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing!
One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment.
I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!"

10/10 Excellent
"When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww!
Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice.
Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor.
We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!"
"Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept."
"Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money.
On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay.
The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable.
There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary.
The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine.
Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included."
"I will start off by saying Josh has been amazing our whole time in the hotel illetas in Mallorca! He has provide excellent service and has shown outstanding professionalism our whole time at the hotel and has given us any additional accomodations we have needed. He is an amazing human!! I will return back to this hotel & Mallorca soon."
"The hotel is in a fab location on the beach. The roof top bar was great as was the pool area.
The rooms are ok but lacked a few things I think it should have had. There was no coffee machine and they only supplied powdered milk. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. The cleaning if the room was just ok!
For what we paid for the hotel I can only rate it as average. It’s saving grace is it’s location!"
"Upon our arrival we were met with the front desk. She was very kind and helpful.
Once we exited the elevator on our floor, we began to see the lack of care this building receives. The floor was dirty, dead bugs were present on the floor.
We entered our room and were taken-back by the dirty walls, stains on the furniture, and two moths flying around the room. It also had a damp old smell.
We were honestly grossed out and didn’t even want to sleep on the bed. My wife refused to get under the blankets and just laid on top.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This is a far cry from an 8.2 rating and is more akin to a shady motel."
