"Check in staff was off putting. Phone in room didn’t work nor did the wifi. Creepy feel and worst of all, staff took all of my chargers and expensive headphones. Did not return and were not honest. We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. "We really enjoyed our stay here - everything was as described/stated - maybe the weather could have been a bit nicer but that is not up to the resort 😉. Overall the resort is very well maintained esp. given the hot and humid climate. The coral garden with its variety of fish was really amazing and we drift snorkeled there quite a few times. They had a men's side and then down a different Hall they had the women's side. Probably five each hallway. They were always available when I needed one.
