Matira Beach is a postcard-perfect sweep of pristine sand that stretches for a mile (1.6 kilometers) along Bora Bora’s southernmost tip. The oldest attraction on the island, Papeete Market, sits in the heart of French Polynesia’s capital city, just a short walk from the bay. 4. Mt. Otemanu
