"In the bathroom, the shower tiles and glass door had green mold, the headboard had strange white stains, and the curtains were very dusty. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, I have other complaints regarding the bathroom and room."

"The hotel was very clean and well kept. They offer a decent breakfast buffet on site which was super beneficial traveling with two toddlers. This hotel caters to golfers but we were able to find things to do in the surrounding areas. There are restaurants on sight and also restaurants right outside the hotel by the parking area. There are two pools and a small pool that was perfect for my two toddlers. 24 hour room service was also available."

"The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with concierge service. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, so I requested to have the door decorated along with a small cake wishing her a happy birthday which is pretty standard for birthdays and anniversaries. I made the request a day before her birthday and was assured it’ll be done the next morning. It wasn’t done in the morning so I requested again and was promised it’ll happen in the afternoon. Well, the afternoon...
