The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience."
