"Comfortable studio. Clean sheets and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach."

"Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. "It’s an ok location and like many in Hobart there is no hotel car parking. The reception area is mostly unattended (call a mobile to check in). The grubby reception area was piled with laundry bags so not a good first impression. Room was ok for my purposes but luckily no really noisy people in adjoining rooms bcoz can hear everything. "

"The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained."
