"Very nice hotel, AMAZING location, and super friendly staff! We would recommend. Not super fancy, but perfect if being in a glitzy resort isn't your first priority. Decent pool. We go to Snowmass for the experience and don't depend on super fancy hotels as much as some others in order to have a good time. We like clean, convenient spots with comfy beds and nice amenities like hot tubs and a bar. Would recommend."

Mountain Chalet Snowmass

"The best part of staying at this gem on the slopes of Snowmass is the unexpected care that the staff put into the home-cooked breakfast. Instead of a continental menu, they take your order, and we had the most delicious torta and fantastic service. Chatting with the friendly staff while enjoying the peaceful views was an unbelievable and unexpected treat at this no-frills hotel. Please keep this special part of the experience; it was the highlight."

"The photos posted had a better exterior a view; my unit was ground level facing parking vs aspen trees. Everything was clean, the unit was well appointed, and very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely return again and the free (summer/ off season) shuttle busses into Aspen, which also connect up to other locations, was a huge plus. Enjoyed my stay :)"

Willows Condos by Snowmass Vacations

"Our unit in Willows Bldg H was quiet, and comfortable. Added benefit were the sliding screened windows to let in fresh mountain air and the views. Ample built-in storage and a drying rack were appreciated. The Willows outdoor hot tub is nearby; but access to the Pokolodi outdoor pool/ hot tub from the F, G, & H Bldgs. is up the hill, above The Stonebridge and closer to Willows A-E Bldgs. The unit appeared to have been recently renovated with a modern shower unit. The kitchen was well equipped (only lacked a mixing bowl). Summer parking (free) is conveniently located in Lot 1. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend staying here."

"Prior to checkin, and I checked my junk folder there were no check in instructions. I had called in the morning of check in to add someone to our stay so she could check in and i asked about the instructions, never got the email. Then had to call again as we were approaching to get the check in instructions. Since there was no map provided we had to search for 20 minutes for the building before entering. The check in process was a nightmare. Other than that the stay was good….saw a mouse one night….but not again…..it’s a mountain town lol to be expected"
