"Front desk, didn't have any change, cash, everything was passed to the gift shop or valet service. Facilities fee of $27 is ridiculous for the quality of the gun and pool. $60 valet parking only option, left a bad taste in my mouth."

"The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Always smiling and greeting guests. The customer service overrides my grievances. The management should applaud front desk, security, and bellmen/valet. Consistent, superb service. The 3br suite, #520, however is in dire need of a complete makeover and deep clean. The ceilings are stained, the surfaces are sticky, the bathrooms are grimy and not properly cleaned. Light switch plates haven't been wiped in ages. It would also be helpful to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby or restaurant. Will stay again."

"The staff was particularly helpful from the moment I arrived and checked in. They were able to tell me about nearby amenities, food, places of interest, and transportation options upon check in. The location itself in Downtown Atlanta was very close to the Marta rail station and was also within walking distance to Centennial Park. My room was in Radius Tower and so I thought the physical shape of the room was interesting but its design allowed for a floor to ceiling window that stretched across most of the room. The furniture and decor was very modern and really well-kept. The room was also very clean and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels. I truly enjoyed my stay here and plan to return!"
