"Unbelievable experience arrived at the hotel to be told we must supply a passport or driving licence to stay at the hotel which is a bloody joke unlike the massive % of the chain that house refugees with 0 I'd but I guess that doesn't count"

"Lots of convenient parking. The breakfast was great with freshly cooked food to order and plenty of fruit and pastries. The bedroom was larger than average with two upholstered chairs and bathroom with a real bath."

"Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel is pet friendly. It says the room has a dog bed and dog treats included in the £25 but it didn’t. I would recommend taking your own dog bed. We were a bit disappointed about this. Breakfast was lovely. Had food in the hotel bar - food was fine for a hotel bar. Spa was lovely and relaxing - worth a visit. The overall site is lovely - nice to walk around and visit the bakehouse. Would recommend overall. "

"room was clean but big crack in wall , room was cold after informing them at tea time , but bathroom and hall way was warm , i was in room 4 …and bathroom was mouldy …"

"Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small with stains on the carpet and marks on the wall - not great. Evening meal was very good in terms of quality. Not great was serving time and overall state of chairs and tables. Chairs were absolutely uncomfortable and tables wabbly in restaurant and breakfast room. Parking was OK, but road into property is full of potholes."

"Stinky room with smell of fungus, strange check-in questions - declarations for lost items and asking for taking photo of ID. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. "
