"Staff amazing. Good Coffee and tea in lobby was a real treat. Walls are paper thin so can hear every little sound. We were surprised that our room had a kitchenette (with heat plate) and full size fridge. We booked the 3 queen bed suite as we had 6 people (4 kids). Overall great stay. Would stay again"

"This hotel is extremely run down and dated. Our room, in particular, you could see that the door had been kicked in at some point. The frame needs to be replaced. The door itself did not have a safety latch it was broken right off. Outside our room, the exterior lighting was broken. Our room was fairly clean, the microwave had not been wiped down, and the mat in the bathroom was still soiled from previous guest. The room was probably the cleanest space in the entire hotel. The lobby was dirty and people behind the counter. We're on phones or uninterested in assisting. The continental breakfast room was extremely dirty, it did not look like the kitchen items had been wiped down in a month The two mornings we were there I did not see a table wiped down once after a guest used it. We came as a group and the staff only refilled items when asked and it seemed like they didn't want to do it even when requested. We booked a month in advance, so there was no reason they were not prepared for our large group. The entrance must have been dug up at some point, because there is a huge rut along the entire length that needs repaired."
