"Ocean was not visible from room. Only window had bars over it and was one foot away from a wall.
No TV. No amenities at all. Bed was rock solid. Pillows were rock solid. Room was tiny. No bidet in the bathroom.
The room was very, very basic. Prison cell like.
Pretty bad value compared to a number of other hotels in Sabang that are in the same price range. "

"The property was amazing the staff was very hospitable even at 11 PM at night when we arrived. It’s both access only when arriving or leaving. You’re greeted with a cocktail and oatmeal cookie from the owner. I highly recommend hashbrowns. They were also able to accommodate the other couple that came with us honeymoon surprise and short notice."

"The Beach View was wonderful. Also an open air restaurant approx 30 yards from the Sea was great. The bungalow was very clean and hot water in the shower. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups and flat ware. The TV due to Wifi had problems. Other than the TV, i would stay in this lodging anytime. Very reasonably priced through Expedia. "

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and attentive. I will be back. If your never been to Mindoro the water is beautiful. I was on a short stay but next time I plan to dive."
