"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) "Great canal=front location hotel on the island of Murino. Excellent bar staff and bar location with waterfront terrace. Great King Size modern furnished room, although lighting configuration a little confusing. Vaporetto stop right outside hotel, approx 15 mins into Venice."

"This was a lovely property on a small canal, not facing across from Venice. It had a wonderful included breakfast. It was convenient to the vaporetta stop. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. It had not been turned on for the season yet. "
