Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

awful apartment, awful management, JUST AWFUL

Failed to provide arrival instructions , 4 hand towels and no bath towels, a piece of broccoli in the washing machine......, an iron that leaked with no ironing board, sheets that were not clean. tea but no coffee, no milk left either, no welcome anything other than a bag of potatoes that looked as unloved as the rest of the apartment oh and the piece of broccoli. I stay in apartments and hotels in slough on a very regular basis, this was the most disappointing stay to date. To top of the already poor experience I then received an abusive phone call after my departure, where I was sworn at and threatened on multiple occasion over where I had left the keys and that I hadn't followed the arrival instructions (which they never sent) so I placed them in the letter box for the flat which seemed logical to me.
Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2019
