"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. Place is good but...

10/10 Excellent

"Great location in Sliema. Bus stop directly across the road which takes you directly to Malta International Airport. All staff were friendly and elpful. Wide range of options for breakfast and dinner. The chef made a great omellette during breakfast which was clear to see by how popular it was with the guests. The sea view room provided a great view of the beach."

"For years we have stayed in either the Preluna or the Plaza hotel. Bringing groups over from the UK for diving. I want to thank all the staff at the Diplomat for there excellent service and top hospitality during our stay. I will definitely be coming back in 2027 to the Diplomat. And bringing guests with us."

"The staff were so lovely and friendly. Daily change of towels which was very useful. The breakfast was really good and filling as well. It was so close to St. Julian's. Overall loved it and if I go Malta again I will definitely consider staying here again! Also no sound from the busy streets which is a major bonus in Malta in such a busy area!"

"This beautiful hotel is in an amazing location within walking distance of so many shops, restaruants, the beach, and the ferry which can take you to other parts of the island. The staff were so incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! They gave us great ideas for places we should visit and eat at during our stay, and anything that we needed, they went above and beyond to accomodate for. The breakfast that was served every day was absolutely delicious...there were so many wonderful selections to choose from, and the pastries and egg omelettes were different every day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 stars if I could!"
