"We really wanted to like this place! It was cheap,and we were in a bind. Our daughter was in the Hospital and we were told she would be there for a few days. And we live over 4 hours away. I booked the hotel for 3 nights, but we ended up only needing the room for 1 night. Our daughter was released from the hospital much earlier than they originally told us. So the standard room I booked for my GF and myself suddenly was too small. I asked at the front desk if they had a rollaway cot for us....

"Staff were extremely helpfu The hotel got very busy due to the World Cup. There was a few mornings the breakfast was poor with things running out due to the volume of people. But it was a decent quality. The wife loved the freshly made omelettes Outside areas were very good. A bit short of loungers and seats around the pool on the busy days. The bar is not open during the day which I found strange and inconvenient but you could get sodas etc at reception. Only issue was I asked reception...

"The size of the room we had was superb and the staff where excellent, everyone you asked anything of them, they were very helpful. What has let it down from getting full marks is that there are ongoing works that meant disruption to our stay (I don't belive we had been notified of this in advance). The pool area is not fit for purpose as there was only 1 fully working sunbed, the others where broken and should not have been in use. Considering the pool States maximum 30 persons, 1 fully working...

"The hotel is spacious has beautiful lounge area. The gym is spacious and has good equipment. Breakfast has variety and accommodation to vegetarian and lactose intolerant as myself. The room is clean, However the bed sheets smelled like someone was just sleeping there before us. I would have liked the sheets to be changed...they change every 3 days. Other than that it is a good experience."
