Nice hotel, currently being renovated, nice rooms and decent breakfast. But the location is the biggest benefit of this hotel. 5 minute walk to Petronas Towers and KLCC for shopping, dining and access to trains.

The location of this hotel could not be more suitable. So many restaurants and shopping close by, many are walkable which is not always the case in Kuala Lumpur. Is 45 to 1.5 hour from airport depending on traffic. Rooms are much nicer than price would indicate. Great value.

My room had a view of the Twin Towers as they was just 150 metres away. The room was ideal. Traffic noise should be considered as this could be a problem for some. Check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

Good stay at Maya

The room is clean and the bed are comfortable. This is our repeated stay here. Friendly check-in staff. It’s very close to Petronas twin towers, Suria KLCC and lots of eateries within walking distance. Free parking at the basement and the room rate is reasonable.

Ok hotel, expensive but great location.

Crazy to have the reception on first floor. the big restaurant on ground floor was boring and not interesting. The small cafe/bar on 12th floor was great, loved the food,- and not to forget the incredible view.But way to loud music. Don´t book a taxi at the reception,- far too expensive. Nice room, big and very clean. Even though we stayed at 18th floor there still was noice from the street during the night.
