"Property / room was absolutely spotless. Garden was spotless, felt safe due to camera's in the hall way. He was very attentive, is polite and over all a pleasure and we will be back. Ive seen some reviews regarding deposits. Leave the property how you found it and he doesn't have a problem. We recieved ours back. "The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! "

"Gorgeous stay. The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the management. I attended to go to Yarndale in addition to celebrating my friends birthday. The restaurant was lovely with lots of choice including specials and with a prompt courteous service and a great ambiance. Will definitely be back when the log fire gets lit. Highly recommend for a lovely get away "

"The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. "
