"First and foremost, our minivan was stolen right off the parking lot!!!! Everything else is just icing on the cake. They refused to give us our money back and acted like nothing happened. Breakfast was lousy. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The rental company refused to give us another rental because they did not have the stolen one in their possession so we spent the majority of the next morning trying to secure another rental. That took ALL MORNING!! And when we asked for our money back, the staff told us that they could not give us a refund because the checkout time had already passed! Be Warned! If you do not want to worry about your vehicle or your belongings being stolen while you are sleeping peacefully, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! At least none of our family was hurt. The police said to look on the bright side-we were not there when it was stolen and were not assaulted with a weapon. Crappy, unsafe place!"

"The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Rooms were a bit small as usual yet nicely appointed. I stayed here due to pricing at the Mayo but based on the friendliness and price... I may have a new hold over in Tulsa! Good job for whomever is hiring these folks."

"Welcoming, clean, and close to where we needed it. Liked the dishwasher, dishes, and coffee cups in room. Very nice and handy"

"No microwave in room. Outdoor pool was open but very dirty. So many dead wasps floating in pool and more flying around. No net by pool or I would have just scooped them out myself. Hotel was pet friendly. Unaware that parking garage had low clearance so unable to park in covered garage. Slightly annoying as parking is one thing I always check on when looking for a hotel"
