A wonderful place

A peaceful place in a wonderful garden, far enough from the road that absolutely no traffic noise can be heard, yet still in walking distance to wonderful tavernas, supermarkets and the beach. The hotel has a nice pool area and will be the perfect location for a family with children, hotel owner very friendly and caring.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura per 9 notti direi un posto fantastico ben curato molto in ordine camere pulite ogni 2/3 giorni cambio biancheria e che dire dei proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Se desideri un alloggio comodo alle spiagge tranquillo e che dire anche fresco questa è la locazione ideale. Ritorneremo presto saluti a Giorgio Maria e Elene.

Grazioso hotel

Grazioso hotel, confortevole, pulito, personale dello staff molto disponibile e gentile. Le spiagge facilmente raggiungibili ( con motorino o con bus) servizio navetta x aereoporto molto comodo. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che a coppie.

Second stay at Marialena

This is the second time we have stayed at the Marialena and the fifth time in Skiathos and it is always a pleasure to return. The location of the Marialena is beautiful and peaceful and just what you need for a holiday in terms of relaxation. I was with my son who is 9 and considering it was August, had the pool to himself most days! The family is lovely and very hospitable. We would definitely revisit the island and stay at the Marialena again as it is highly recommended and in a beautiful setting.

VACANZA CON IL TOPO!

Il proprietario ci ha assegnato un appartamentino la cui porta di ingresso confina con un bosco. La seconda notte siamo stati svegliati da un rumore fortissimo alle 5 del mattino, tanto che ci siamo spaventati e siamo usciti a controllare dal balcone, ma non abbiamo visto nessuno. Il giorno dopo ci siamo lamentati con la figlia del proprietario, specificando che pensavamo si trattasse dei residenti del piano superiore ma che non ne eravamo certi e il rumore poteva anche provenire dall'interno. Inutile dire che nessuno se ne è preoccupato...la sera stessa, di ritorno dalla cena, abbiamo avuto una bella sorpresa...escrementi di topo ovunque: sulle lenzuola, sui pigiami lasciati sul letto, per terra, nelle borse che avevamo lasciato sulle sedie, nella valigia aperta (peraltro lasciata su un piano rialzato e non per terra). Abbiamo immediatamente chiamato il responsabile, il quale, invece di scusarsi e assisterci, ha cercato di giustificare la cosa come "normale" dato che la struttura è circondata dal bosco.Solo dopo ripetute lamentele siamo riusciti a farci cambiare stanza e a fare lavare i nostri vestiti. Purtroppo la vacanza è stata completamente rovinata, dato che abbiamo passato il giorno seguente a pulire e igienizzare ciò che non potevamo buttare via, ovviamente con prodotti acquistati a nostre spese, dal momento che nessuno ha saputo darci prodotti per pulire quando li abbiamo chiesti (e questo dovrebbe far pensare anche al livello della pulizia generale del posto)

Il villaggio è in una buona posizione tranquilla immersa nel verde e la camera assegnataci molto spaziosa e comoda. Unica osservazione che in generale la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione (es. alcune prese elettriche erano staccate dal muro, una ritinteggiata,ecc.). ,

Comodo, fuori dal casino, accogliente.
