"Room was not ready when we arrived,which was after check in time and we were on a tight schedule and made us run behind"

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"If you’re a normal human being, don’t go there! I’m not saying if you’re a clean person, just normal! The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. There were some visible dust, debris and dead roaches on the floor and it seems their cleaning standards is set at their Indian workers’ standards. Horrible!!!!"

"It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money."

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."

"We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request"

"Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself."

"This once very fine hotel is in a tragic state of disrepair. The revolving door into the opulent lobby was scraping and difficult to push. The lobby was hot and muggy with no, that is zero, AC. Bugs in the room apparently eating the furniture in the bathroom. Shower rod broken down. Carpet sticky. Beautifully appointed and sadly neglected."

"If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service."

"The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. People yelling and fighting at different times throughout the night. The door to room didn't lock properly so no sleep, scared someone would just walk in. The A/C didn't work and the room was warm. The only thing that worked well was the shower but the towels smells like cigarettes. So disappointed. Never again."

"From the kiosk to the no person on property to the toilet seat that was super loose to the shower knob that didn't work correctly to the phone call for cking on a tumbler that we called about not long after we left. They never returned the call. Its a dump. I wont stay there again."
