"This property may be fine in the summer, but in the winter it is simply not fit for purpose, and should never be advertised for holiday lets. We had booked a 'family apartment' advertised as having one double and two single beds. The apartment had just one bedroom, but the kitchen/dining room had a single bed in it, and a sofa. This was not as advertised. Also the apartment had no heating, and was extremely cold during the one night we spent there. The water for my shower was also cold. The...
