"A paradise! The apartments are furnished to the highest standards. Modern art is everywhere. Balconies with sea views. A beautiful garden with a pond and water lilies. A 15-minute walk to the beach. A 10-minute walk to the supermarket.

"Våningen var mycket bra, men helhetsintrycket dras ner av den synnerligen branta trappan dit upp, som gör boendet olämpligt för barn och äldre. Trappstegen var dessutom mycket smala, och räcket rangligt.
Havsutsikten var inte värd namnet, tänk Sällskapsresan; man såg bara en skymt av havet mellan ett par huskroppar.
