"All staff were exceptional.
Pool
was clean and beautiful, and staff were attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning situation wasn’t comprehensive. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, and had no issues doing so. The man at the front desk was a standout - such a sweet soul. Bathrooms were also a great size compared to what we’ve seen in Europe thus far."

"Very fun stay! The

is nice and the flowers on the balconies and inside the resort are so pretty. Staff could be a little more proactive (we asked for balcony door to be fixed and when we asked to play tennis, they said they were out of tennis balls.) In the end we bought some at the kiosk right outside the hotel and left them there. Breakfast was good, nice to sit outside near the
