while we enjoyed our stay, this hotel is too expensive for the property they promote themselves to be. The room was nice, the pool was great, and they staff were courteous and very well trained. However, this cannot hide the fact that the hotel is long overdue for a makeover. Rooftop pool made for a good experience each day

We stayed at Mim Stiges for 10 days, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The check-in process was a little frustrating at first, as the room we were initially given was not the Superior City View room I had booked and paid for. We ended up having to move rooms twice before receiving the correct room. That part of the arrival could definitely have been handled more smoothly. That said, once everything was sorted out, the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. A special thank you to Roger at the night front desk, who provided excellent customer service and was always professional and accommodating. Laura in the dining room was also absolutely lovely. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely made breakfast something we looked forward to each morning. Despite the initial room issue, we left with a very positive impression of the hotel, largely because of the wonderful staff and the comfortable stay we had afterward. We would happily stay again
