"Its a nice hotel. Location is so-so. Few drawbacks: gym is poor. Few maintenance issues in the room, like a broken handle. Something you would expect to be fixed before check in. Air conditioning in the room can only be managed by the staffโฆ pool is nice and clean. We got a hotel free shuttle to a nearby restaurant. A decent hotel, a bit pricy for what you get."

"First impressions werenโt great, on arrival receptionist just said โPassportsโ - no hello or welcome. Other staff friendly and quite helpful. Hotel is nice, but not a great location if you donโt have a car and have to rely on public transport/taxis. The hotel said they offered transfer from train station, but this was not the case. We had to get a local taxi which cost โฌ20 each time for a journey of less than 2 miles, but we had no other option. The other annoying thing is that you have to pay extra for sun loungers/pool. Amenities and other restaurants in the locality also very limited. Overall, good, but there were some negatives."

"This is a wonderful hotel and its staff, particularly David and Aldo were excellent. Great amenities included the Spa and The Rooftop Bar and my room was large and luxurious. I had a delicious steak at the Rooftop Bar and the manager there was also a fantastic member of the hotel staff."
