"Front door was unlocked and open when entering property
No hot water till the afternoon of the next day
Did not have towels, bedsheets for all individuals indicated in reservations
Unit was falsely advertised as it was under construction so the whole balcony was cut off - we couldn't access the balcony and we had workers walking in front of us so we had no privacy "

"Hotel was quite nice but another hotel that was being renovated whilst we stayed so a lot of the common areas were not in use.
Whilst I understand hotels need to remain open to keep the cash flowing whilst renovating, I wish hotels would make this clear when booking as there were plenty of other hotels we could have chosen instead or compared the price accordingly.
Sister hotel was across the road which needed to be used.
